Our final swap meet of 2022 will be held on December 3rd starting at 8 am in our new spacious multi-Purpose Room.
Collectors from all over the Northeast will be there selling, trading, and swapping with everything you can think of that is vintage communications related. The museum will have an extensive collection of surplus items for sale at bargain prices.
So, if you are looking for that unusual holiday gift for that special someone, this could be the place.
The swap meet will end around 1 pm, but the museum displays will be open throughout the day until 5 pm. So come on down and get immersed in the history of communications. The museum displays tell of the history and development of communications from the 1800s to the 1980s and 90s and many of the collectors are historians in this area as well.
The event is free to the public and there is a small fee for those who wish to set up and sell. The museum is located at 115 Pierson Lane in Windsor, Connecticut in the historic section of town near the Farmington River.
There are many wonderful eating establishments in the area, so come on down and make a day of it. For more information call the museum at 860-683-2903 or send an email to radioclctr@aol.com.
