The end of summer swap meet is quickly approaching on the 9th of September, and we have a fun and exciting day planned for everyone. We will have collectors from throughout the Northeast setting up to sell, swap and trade vintage communications pieces.
You can never predict what will show up - from radios, TVs , telephone equipment, parts, and paper memorabilia. In addition, the Northeast Area Packard Car collectors plan to cruise in mid-morning to display their cars on the museum front lawn for a couple of hours.
Our museum DJ - Dillion, will be spinning the records pumping out some great vintage music.
The museum will be open all day so people can wander though our historical communications displays. The event is free to the public. A small fee is charged to set up and display.
For more information call the museum at 860-683-2903 or go to our website at Vrcmct.org.
